1. Shipping Coverage

The Well Body Store ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Cost

We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the USA. No minimum purchase is required.

3. Processing and Estimated Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within one to three business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is three to nine business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary by location and carrier conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you do not receive tracking information within three business days contact support@thewellbodystore.com.

5. Delivery Method

We ship through trusted carriers to the address you provide at checkout.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • No deliveries to P O boxes or APO or FPO addresses
  • No shipping outside the USA

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window contact our customer care within seven days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and send a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.

8. Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
